Today, I was craving some pigs blood, so I ordered the dinuguan, but I asked to throw in some pig ears to get that little crunch. Ed, the owner added pig ears one day when I was sitting at his bar, and I have been hooked since. Growing up eating moms cooking, it is always hard to find places that make it similar to her flavors, but this dish brings back childhood memories of her when she was still with us. It was an amazing lunch. The silog here is also on point. I usually have the lechon. Stop by and support local business! Ed has a Santa Clara location where he is usually at so, swing by for a home cooked meal or order to go. They also provide catering services.
