I can only say great things about Debbie and her cheesecakes. The only challenge I faced was during my wedding cake tastings—every flavor was so delicious that it was difficult to make a decision! I ultimately chose three different flavors, one for each layer of the cake, and my guests absolutely loved it! The cake Debbie created was stunning, beautifully adorned with flowers from my florist, and she even lent me a lovely gold cake stand for the wedding. Debbie is one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met, and I wouldn’t hesitate to choose her for any future events that require a cake.

Debbie is such a warm and inviting person. Meeting her in person was a truly wonderful experience. My family and friends were completely amazed when we saw the cakes. They looked absolutely fantastic! Debbie is an incredible artist with extensive knowledge and experience in her craft. The cakes truly speak for themselves. The special touches she added reflect her passion and dedication to her work. I can't thank her enough for making our joint birthday celebration so special with her creations. Dhrish absolutely loved his car cake and couldn’t wait to play with it. Both cakes were equally beautiful and delicious. Bravo! I worked with Debbie at Not Just Cheesecakes for my daughter's wedding, and she was a pleasure to collaborate with. She truly puts your mind at ease. Her desserts are absolutely amazing—perfectly sweet but not overly so. She is incredibly creative and open to trying any combination to ensure her clients are happy. Her communication was detail-oriented, making you feel like your order was just as important as anyone else's. On the day of the event, she came to the venue and set up the dessert table, beautifully incorporating the flowers that the florist had arranged. I highly recommend Debbie for her cakes, mini pies, and cookies!

Not Just Cheesecakes was suggested to us by an acquaintance and after trying 3-4 other bakeries, we realized the perfect baker we wanted was right in front of us all along! Not only Debbie is local to us (something that was important to us), she is a phenomenal baker. Our consultation with her and tastings were great. One thing that played a key role in our decision is her pricing policy. It's not by number of tiers but by number of guests. We found it very fair way to determine pricing! She patiently answered all our questions and made us a perfect nature themed cake as per the design we requested. We opted for Traditional White with Orange filling and Toasted Almond flavors. Both were a big hit at our wedding! We have preserved the top now for our first anniversary and already cannot wait to eat it!!

This bakery was recommended to us by relatives and Debbie was amazing! We were looking for a 3 tiered wedding cake. We went to her shop for a taste testing and due to covid, we had to take the samples home and taste it ourselves. But for the samples, she made mini cakes customized to exactly what I wanted the type of cake, type of frosting and type of filling. She even gave me a sample of other frostings/fondant to try on the side. Her cakes are customized down to the inch and it tasted AMAZING! She is really sweet and will listen to all of your requests including the decorations on the cake. Her prices are very reasonable and she even gives you a one year anniversary cake! We can't wait for that!
