A surprisingly busy beer bistro in downtown Campbell, Liquid Bread offers a large selection of beers, primarily from the South Bay and the rest of Northern
The braised pork belly was cooked to perfection. The wait staff were courteous and attentive.
The service was great, very patient, and niceI enjoyed the selection of beers and the cider I ordered was nice and fruity. The food was ok.
It was exciting to get into liquid bread. that was clearly a jewel in the city and the whole food looked fantastic. I wasn't there for dinner, so I can only talk to some appetizers and drinks. that was great. we had fried paprika, apfelsalat and cheese plate. nothing amazing, but decent enough dug to nibble. what I really appreciated was the old fashion they did. so good! perfect. bierliste is also epic. I had to redirect stars for the incredible slow service. the waiter took about 20 minutes to deliver a drink and another 20 if he wants to give us the desert list. my friends and I were very happy to chat with each other, but if the restaurant is literally 500 square meters, and most of the moats have already left. there should be no reason why the drinks took so long. if they have luck getting another waiter who is on their game, then they will love the experience.
Our server was super friendly and was more than happy to give recommendations or to explain menu items. the service was quite fast, and the food itself was great. I highly recommend the goatery pata they have. my friend had the mustels served with Udon noodles, crispy otopus and an ingenious broth. both main courses were great. the warm Belgium endive we had for one was the only teller I wasn't crazy. we both felt like the endive exaggerated the chorizo and other aromen on the plate. While it was still decent, it wasn't with the others we tried. the ambiente was also beautiful. I would give them an a for music, and the interieur is pleasant to consider. the volume of music and background noise of the venue as a whole was too loud, and I could still keep conversations quite easy. I would definitely go back :
