Jack In The Box - Campbell

This place is absurd... I pre-ordered and paid online to skip the line. When I got there, they made me get in the drive-thru line and place my order again.

As I've mentioned before, I absolutely love Jack in the Box, especially now that they accept EBT for food purchases instead of just cash.

The food was tasty, but I noticed the manager eating behind the counter and close to the food stations, which was a bit off-putting. When I asked for sauce for my chicken, the staff member handed me one and looked at me as if I had taken something without paying. I only received one dip for all my chicken, which felt a bit stingy. Honestly, the food isn't that exceptional to warrant such a small portion. The women working there were very friendly, but the guys could use some improvement in their customer service.

I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, and when I finally reached the speaker to place my order, I was told they were closed for the next 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it! They should have just turned off the lights so people wouldn't have to wait and get disappointed when they can't place an order.

The entire dining experience was disappointing. The fries were overcooked and had a taste of stale oil, while the chicken sandwich was not enjoyable at all.
