Desi Contemporary Indian Casual

Eating is always good. love their dishes, the salads, meat/ sauce in it are great and add some delicious naan. rice made perfect. we were very happy. the service is not so good. they told us that the kitchen was tired from a very busy day (oktoberfest celebration near) so that we were prepared for a longer waiting period. but the server were still slow, forget to bring the naan for a long time, extra water, cutlery, to go container, etc. they were chatting and one on their handy. I guess they were tired too.

Excellent Highly recommended. The place has a great concept menu. Flavorful food and handcrafted cocktails. The service was great and casual. Its a twist from conventional Indian restaurants as the name suggests desi contemporary Indian casual. They maintain authentic flavors yet bring the taste in their dishes in a fun way. Overall it has a great vibe. They have a variety of options from sliders, wraps, tacos to big plate rice bowls which you can customize as per your style in the DIY menu. If you want to grab smaller bites they have options for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Its a great place to hangout with family or friends or grab a meal during a business meeting.

OK, this was one of the best meals we've had in a while! We enjoyed 2 different app trays (one veggie and one meat) and both were delicious, 2 entrees (1 veggie and 1 chicken) and 2 desserts. Each came 1 at a time, which we appreciated so we could have a longer meal. Service was just terrific with the waiter giving us great suggestions and service. We love the ambience...very fun and contemporary. Even though we have to drive a ways to get there, we will be back!

Extremely loud, no table was reserved for us, service was seriously lacking, portions are tiny, we’re out of many items, food was delicious.

Food was good. But the management of the restaurant is very poor. We had ordered 3 items. Out of which we only received 1. We thought maybe the other 2 will come out shortly. But after 20 mins and we had still not got them, we asked the about the other 2. The the waiter told us that the kitchen staff had forgotten to make the other 2. We had to wait for another 20 mins for those to be served. Also we chose outside dining. there were about 7-8 tables set up. and only one functioning outdoor heater. We had to wait for the table using the functioning heater to finish up, before we got the heater. so all in all extremely poor management. Our wait staff was good.
