The bartenders were equally impressive. When I asked for a smooth, non-bitter beer with a fruity flavor, they immediately recommended a delicious Belgian beer that was perfect. Everyone in this place truly knows their products—another five stars! We began with homemade chips and salsa. The chips were fresh and crunchy, and the salsa had a delightful smoky paprika flavor—so good! Next, we tried the deep-fried bacon—OH MY GOSH, where has this been all my life? It was slightly crunchy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth tender inside, and had a flavor that lingered delightfully. Now onto the chili—everything is made in-house. It’s crafted with Boilermaker whiskey, ground beef, and more. And yes, they also have sliders! They offer blue cheese, whiskey bourbon, and classic burger sliders, all made in-house too. The Boilermaker really elevates the dining experience! The interior is lovely and has a welcoming, local vibe, complete with big-screen TVs and a modern jukebox. If you’re looking to hang out and relax with friends, look no further—this is the spot! Great food, amazing people, and really good beer; they even serve hard liquor.

Boilermaker recently reopened in March 2018, offering a bar menu, cocktails, and beer. The atmosphere is quite different from that of Liquid Bread. We tried a variety of beers, nachos topped with chili, and a hamburger, and everything was delicious. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant offers an excellent selection of tap beers and ales. The dishes are not only intriguing but also delicious. It's a cozy little spot.

Good easy spot for an afternoon or evening beer. They have an impressive array of quality beer on tap, I understand that they rotate it frequently. The staff know their beer and are not shy about making recommendations. Good spot.
