I was recommended this place by a co worker and thought I'd give it a try. You order at the front and they bring the food to your table. The calamari app was okay, a bit too greasy and the calamari was chewy, not tender, probably frozen. The pizza looked great, however, it didn't have much flavor. What Victoria C doesn't like about Via Roma:
Spaghetti and meatballs were nothing spectacular to make me crave this on a regular. The sauce was basic, didn't taste homemade. There were cloves of garlic to make it look homemade but it underwhelmed me. I ordered the salad with chicken and the chicken tasted like that artificial chicken made of rib meat you purchase from any store. The vinegarette dressing was pretty good. Via Roma has become my “Happy Place”.The Staff is welcoming and friendly, yet professional.I can’t say enough about the Scrumptiousness of the Meals.
