One of the dishes we ordered was the twice cooked Pork Belly. Normally a very tasty, very tender, delicious dish. The problem is they didn't tell us it had been cooked twice yesterday and then twice again today. It was horrible. Tough as nails. And when paying, the guy at the register asked me how the food was, so I took the opportunity to tell him exactly how bad the pork was. He apologised, and said he'd let the Chef know. Then proceeded to charge me full price for our meal. Now given the current economic climate, I'd have thought they'd give some sort of discount, just to apologise. Even 10% off would have been way better than the zero they gave me. There's plenty of better restaurants in Sydney, and they don't give you pork that's left over from yesterday. Apart from that their food is a little unimaginative and I think they're trying too hard to get the whole Western/Asian fusion thing happening, and sacrificing too much originality in the process . Not a bad wine list though. Go somewhere else.

I dined at this restaurant on Sunday and Tuesday evenings. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. I am looking forward to returning. The service, atmosphere, and food all receive a rating of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Pad See Eew. The average price per person for dinner is between A$40 and A$60.
