On returning from Agrigento for a Sunday commission, we decide with my wife to go to lunch on the Sicano territory, which we partly knew. In the surroundings of Monte Cammarata we had already been there for many mountain excursions. This time the goal was a lunch in farmhouse with delights that only this territory can offer.
