Food was delicious. Wait staff was great. Only one question: why do they charge for a second cup of tea, but not a second cup of coffee?? It makes no sense, unless they make the second cup reusing old coffee grinds!! No other place that we frequent charges for a second cup of tea (or coffee).
Will never order from this place again. Every time I’ve ordered there has been a mistake or a problem.Ordered cocoa pebble infused waffle combo and a standard waffle combo . they made two regular ones. Okay refund the up charge right? Wrong. Manager tells me their cook says I’m a liar and if I want a GIFT CARD for $2.50 that I better come down there right now with the waffle and show them. Yes, she really said that.Whoever owns this place really needs to find out what their employees are doing because it doesn’t look good when your manager is calling customers liars and telling them to drive back down to SHOW THEM A WAFFLE instead of just refunding the upcharge or even, I don’t know, apologizing?
