As I was explaining what I wanted, I overheard another person who also wanted their pizza cut that way. Seriously? When I returned to pick it up, I found that it was sliced, but not in the way I requested. This was the second time they got my order wrong, despite the special instructions. If it had only happened once, it wouldn't have bothered me so much. Unfortunately, I expect a certain standard of service, and this was disappointing. I won't be making this mistake again!

Kingsley, the manager, was always on top of everything and truly brightened my mornings. He made the hectic rush much more manageable. Outstanding service!
