There is no direct contact with the staff; you can either call or place your order through a glass barrier. If you pay with a debit or credit card, you slide your card through a small hole in the door. For cash payments, there’s a separate small door where you can insert your money and get your change. The food is placed on a shelf behind a larger door, which is secured with a cord to prevent both doors from being opened at the same time. The portions were generous, fresh, and absolutely delicious!
