Was Ron Balboa at Crossroads Cafe a mag?
I always look forward to stopping in and getting a good meal. They have this cool sock display that you can pick a pair for $2. My daughter has a lot of fun with it everytime we go... Parking: Parking is right out front and only a few steps from the front door. Kid-friendliness: Harry Potter themed, tables or booths to pick from. Everybody in the restaurant has kids, knows about kids or is kid friendly people. I take... View all feedback.
What Dale Johnson dislikes about Crossroads Cafe:
They gave me a bill for someone else my fault for not looking at it was a little expensive I should of known last time I ever eat there the waitress she could not speak English. View all feedback.
The place is fantastic, but only about 2% of the population knows and appreciates Harry Potter. This makes it difficult for me to convince my friends to join me. However, the food was definitely worth it!
I needed a last-minute restaurant that could accommodate 12 people at 5:00 on a Saturday. I was shocked when the server didn’t know what the specials were, essentially telling us to look at the board ourselves. She also didn’t have any information about the soups or whether they had honey mustard dressing. My son ordered the meatloaf, but when it arrived, it was drenched in a unappetizing gravy to the point where we wouldn’t have recognized it as meatloaf and mashed potatoes if he hadn’t told us. My husband received a plate of white gravy that we assume was covering chicken-fried steak. My daughter’s enchilada was served ice cold, and my chicken strips resembled breaded cardboard, lacking any flavor. The steak fries were soggy. To top it off, my son ended up getting sick right around the corner from the building. Now I understand why we were able to get a reservation for such a large group on such short notice. I really can’t fathom how this place has so many stars—perhaps it’s a holdover from the previous owners.
Great food and coffee, along with excellent service and friendly staff. The fried fish is wonderfully crispy. I will definitely be returning often.
I ordered meatloaf and fries. It came with the meat loaf, mashed potatoes, and fries. The meatloaf taste like soggy cardboard with burnt brown gravy smothering it and the potatoes tastes like wet newspaper with burnt brown gravy over them. The fries were good. I couldn't finish my meal and sat around in agony stomach churning while family talked then outside I couldn't leave the parkinglot before throwing up the little food I could choke down. Happy thanks giving me
