What Megan Fedewa doesn't like about Marco's Pizza:
This is the third horrible experience I have had ordering Marco’s. After waiting 35 minutes after my “pick up time” I received an uncut pizza and none of the sauces I had paid for. There were roughly 10 “messed up” orders sitting on the shelf and a very frazzled and rude individual who was running the counter. It’s a shame that our favorite pizza place has gone down hill so much in such a short amount of time. We won’t be returning until they can figure out whatever their problems are.
Despite all the bad reviews we still tried this pizza. Pizza came out great. The wings were super delicious (garlic parm) our only issue is the wings could have been crispy but for a pizza place they were good enough.We ordered online and had zero issues.
Ordered a XL pepperoni pizza and garlic Parmesan wings. It arrived promptly, everything was correct, it was fresh and tasted great.
Whoever is working tonight 1/13 answering the phone needs some more training or to not be the person dealing with customers. I totally hate being a “Karen” but what my husband and I just experienced is unacceptable. Our door dasher called us to notify us that the store is refusing to take our order after they already confirmed it in the app, and will only accept take out orders because there are only two of them there. When I called the store to ask how I can get my money back the guy on the phone was rude telling me “you need to take that up with DoorDash” and hung up on me. And then refused to pick up the phone when I called back… probably using caller ID. So my husband called from his phone and he hung up on him as well.
