Contribute Feedback What Roger Rempe likes about Chester's Chicken:
This is my favorite chicken. Unfortunately, I've been in there twice recently and none of the servers/employees were wearing masks. Because I'm in the high risk category, I'll have look elsewhere for my chicken fix. View all feedback.
What Kristyl Brewer doesn't like about Chester's Chicken:
Rude restaurant. Not all employees know how to cook fried gizzards and livers. They don’t know how to thaw things out and to not keep customer waiting. They also let you drive 20 minutes out of your way to pick up an item they don’t have. They took my phone number and never called to say they didn’t have item. They let me drive all the way to their restaurant then told me. Worst Cheaters ever. View all feedback.
I called ahead and ordered chicken to go. Expecting it to be fresh. It was dry and over cooked. Not up to Chester's standards.
Call Trader or something the guy wouldn't shut up byhe kept interrupting

Use to be a nice clean place to patronize. Staff needs to clean the place and wear masks through this latest covid outbreak.
Sooooooo unhappy. I asked the young lady waiting on us how old was the chicken? She told me it was only 15 minutes on the steam table. We ordered a family sized meal. The cHICKEN WAS COLD and very dry. It tasted like it was HOURS OLD. The mashed potatoes and the macaroni and cheese was hotter but not steam table holding temperature of 135. We waited for the biscuits and they were somewhat warm, definitely not baked to be crispy but they were soggy.... I told the young lady the chicken was cold and dry and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Really???? No one cares??? Then there was a very scary altercation between two men that became obviously somewhat dangerous with threats flying between them. We saw no alternative but to leave. This experience was very unacceptable and Chesters a disaster.
