Also very appreciated the pampering, starting from the welcome, with prosecco and entree, to the homemade bread to more ' maniere, to the sweets of accompaniment of coffee'. Return of obligation to taste so many other titles of the menu decidedly appealing... even if it will be hard not to resume the creamy egg and the little pig fillet with foie gras glory

I confess that in many years I know this town, I had never noticed the fireplace on the road that opens from the main square. I decide to try it on a Saturday night and as usual I sound the doorbell at the entrance door at the opening: hours I and my friends are welcomed with courtesy and professionalism. we are properly controlled the green pass and at the entrance is placed a small farmhouse with the dispencer for the identification of the hands. the room is reserved for two rooms: the first is reserved for groups and in a corner there is a small bar, while in the second, in turn divided into two, are arranged the smaller tables and the fireplace that gives the name to the restaurant. We are made to accommodate and we are delivered the menu and the wine card. while waiting for the choice we are honored with a glass of prosecco as an aperitif and a delicious appetizer. we opt for the menu of land to which we have a pecchenino dogliani. both the mise en place and the individual scaffolding are perfect. the service is impeccable: bread is served individually and in different qualities all excellent. the menu: boiling egg on the fuse of potatoes, black truffle and bread croutons, followed by fettuccine to the mugo pine with veal pulp ragù and cardi eguancia di calf glazed with pure parsley. as sweet: creamy to the marron glacé. also the coffee was delicious! the toilets were immaculate and it is not a little thing! If you just wanted to find a defect would be the little illustration of the dishes that deserve an explanation, if nothing else to enhance its qualities. The cost? the menu degotation € the treat from € (very good) make this room a convenient choice in the value for money. a real pearl to try is try again.

The welcome was warm and professional, with a customer service that was evident from the first moment. The welcome entrée was very welcome. The appetizers—crispy octopus and culatta—were excellent, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The main courses, a beef fillet and a perch millefeuille, were both excellent: perfectly cooked and with well-balanced flavors. The atmosphere is a bit dated, but extremely clean and tidy. Compliments to the staff for their passion and professionalism.
