I particularly love redeeming the freebies that I earn through my reward points by using their app. It also speeds up the process in the drive-thru line. The employees at this location seem friendly. The only downside is that Dunkin' used to be significantly cheaper than Starbucks, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

My only issue is that there are signs in front of one of the donut cases, making it hard to see the options available. When I brought this up to the staff, they mentioned it was directed by corporate. On a positive note, the store is clean, and the updated layout is much better. Thank you again for the excellent service and delicious donuts!

On my fourth trip, I decided to go inside instead of using the drive-thru, only to be told my order was correct after they checked the bag. I showed them my receipt and the items I received, but one employee insisted, “Yes, this order is correct.” When I pulled up the app showing my original order and payment, she stubbornly refused to admit the mistake. I asked, “Ma’am, where’s the bagel in my order? And where is the macchiato with two shots?” She took a closer look but then walked away with an attitude. Another employee witnessed this, and thankfully, with professionalism and kindness, replaced the incorrect items with the ones I had ordered. Meanwhile, the first employee returned with a coffee—not the macchiato with two extra espresso shots—and set it down before walking away. I tried it and immediately knew it was just regular coffee. I put it down and left, vowing never to return. On a positive note, they are incredibly fast with orders—almost lightning quick—maybe too fast, which could be why mistakes keep happening. S. Dupont Dunkin, please slow down! Customers want to receive what they paid for, and when errors occur, there’s no need to argue when the proof is right there.

Secondly, they offer the best milkshakes around—the world-class chocolate shake is absolutely fantastic.
