I particularly love redeeming the freebies that I earn through my reward points by using their app. It also speeds up the process in the drive-thru line. The employees at this location seem friendly. The only downside is that Dunkin' used to be significantly cheaper than Starbucks, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

We didn't get our money's worth—only about 20% of our $26 order was delivered. The bag was sealed as if it contained a complete order. I can't believe this restaurant is still operating under the same ownership despite so many negative reviews. I suppose our next step will be to contact corporate to report the poor service this location provides.

My only issue is that there are signs in front of one of the donut cases, making it hard to see the options available. When I brought this up to the staff, they mentioned it was directed by corporate. On a positive note, the store is clean, and the updated layout is much better. Thank you again for the excellent service and delicious donuts!
