The food was tasty and solidly rated at 4 out of 5. The service also earned a 4, as it was prompt and efficient. I appreciated the inviting atmosphere, which also scored a 4. Overall, a nice dining experience!

I placed an order online and called the restaurant beforehand to confirm it was received. As soon as I said hello, I was placed on hold and when the woman finally returned to the call, she responded with an attitude as if I had put her on hold. I explained why I was calling, but instead of confirming my order, she snapped back, “Well, didn’t you put it in why you called?!” When I went to pick up my food, she had the same irritated and dismissive demeanor. The restaurant itself felt shabby and uninviting, and the customer service deserved a rating of zero. As for the food, I would rate it a two. I tried the fried shrimp, pork yak, and a pink lemonade that was overly sweet and tasted more like a sugary mix. Overall, the poor customer service was the biggest deterrent for me.

Why would i order nuggets from here they give me McDonald’s nuggets. Been eating McDonald’s for years when i was younger. So you know the look the taste and the smell. I couldn’t believe it but then again it’s right across the street. Make me go straight to the rest room. That’s exactly why i don’t eat McDonald’s
