This restaurant is one of the best in Camden, the food is very delicious and the women who work here are very attentive and beautiful.
The restaurant has undergone a few changes in management or ownership. The food used to be good, but the prices have increased for small portion sizes. It has declined in quality a bit. However, if you're not in the mood to cook and want to try something different, this place is worth a visit. I personally recommend the tripe dish.
I agree with the previous reviewer who mentioned that most positive comments are from Spanish-speaking customers. I feel the need to share my experience. I stopped coming to this restaurant years ago because of the service. However, I decided to give it another chance after seeing it on Instagram and hearing about the remodeling. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. My girlfriend and I ordered a lot of food, but the female employees were incredibly rude. It seemed like they only cared about serving their regulars or male customers. Despite speaking to one of the staff members in Spanish, she responded in English, which was confusing. They ignored us and behaved as if we were invisible. The quality of the morcilla (blood sausage) was disappointing, it tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. I recommend trying the morcilla at Freddie's instead. Additionally, I was charged $14 for a small octopus salad, which seemed overpriced. To make matters worse, we had to wait for an order while the staff were chatting and gossiping amongst themselves. We had to interrupt their conversation to remind them about our order. Overall, the service and food quality need significant improvement.
