Was Thowdmon at Unity Kitchen a mag?
A very welcome lunch stop. We were thoroughly enjoying a walk in the Olympic Park, but feeling peckish. OK it was lunchtime, but I fancied the breakfast in a box. Which was warmed up for me. Back home 150 miles to the north , it would not have rated very highly. But in London I wanted something not vegetarian, and it rang my bell. There was the bacon, tasty sausage, beans, tomatoes, something potatoey, what was once... View all feedback.
What Moorish p dislikes about Unity Kitchen:
Visited today, extremely busy because of sun Easter holidays however queued for a tea only to realise that you get given a ticket once you've paid to join another queue for your hot drinks. This is one of theost ridiculous systems I've ever seen.... View all feedback.
With only 2 dings on the lunch menu, they would think they could have been in a position to do a little effort in them well. unfortunately we chose the pizza that was in the grunde geriebene mozzerella on a thin pizza base. even though there was a vague reddish sauce. under the cheese, it was tasteless. So we paid £7 x 2 for grated cheese on brot. to read the other reviews, it seems to be not just one, but a concerted effort, best avoided.
The place itself is beautiful, but eating was really mediocre. the friend asked three times a spoon for her suppe and never got one, and he drank the suppe from the bowl. a worker who cried to guests and their children.
The staff here today was beautiful, especially the woman with whom we talked about the driven of children and the choice eating in caffes! Unfortunately, their child options are oriented to younger children, while my 11 years old are not in sweet brot and pesto, but do not want a basic ham sandwich to 6 years old. that said the dame was super patient when my son couldn't decide and let me swallow a sandwich (still wrapped) when he changed his mind. the food was really delicious and fresh, the caffe clean and the toilets immaculate and finally managed to get my son to eat all the bread. .
Had a great lunch of soup and seasonal casserole. Food was freshly made, tasty and warming. Bright, clean environment, a warm and cost escape from the Winter drizzle. Service was friendly and welcoming. Great location in the Olympic Park.
