My first disappointing visit to a Greene King pub! The atmosphere was a bit lacking as it was quiet, and the staff were unfriendly. Additionally, there was no soap in the women's restroom even though there was a notice saying it is checked regularly. They need to improve their service at Greene King. View all feedback.
Good location. The problem is that always the tables are dirty. The glass they serve the beer is dirty. Bad hygienic. The staff was not friendly, and there were no smiles.
Awful customer service. I perform tomorrow and called in to check and make enquiries, was being hung up on and was asked not to call again at 11pm. Very rude staff and unwilling to address queries.
Great pub to grab a beer after walking around all day in the British museum. I had the Level Head IPA and was delicious
The best pub around! So friendly, family run, and a great atmosphere! Amazing Sunday roasts, and during the euro’s, they were so accommodating to everyone! Would highly recommend!
Loved it! Just what I thought an English pub should be.
