Los Pollos - Camden

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant in Kentish Town. The food was consistently delicious every time I visited. The service was excellent and the prices were reasonable for the high-quality food. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my family to this restaurant for a meal and the staff were extremely rude and lacking in manners. They ignored us when we spoke to them, did not smile when serving us, and neglected to fulfill our requests. Our food was missing items and when we brought it to their attention, they did not seem to care. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had and I will definitely not be returning. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We stumbled upon Los Pollos late on New Year’s Eve and we’re not disappointed. Staff very friendly and more than happy for us to use the facilities after a long drive. We ordered the chicken burger meal (medium) and wrap meal (hot). If you like your chicken to be ‘hot’ I would suggest choosing the extra hot option. The chips were unreal!!! Best chips I’ve had in a long time, crispy and left a nice taste in my mouth. Burger 4/5 would have been a 5 if ordered hotter. Wrap 4/5 great taste. Could be more chicken in the wrap but to be expected. Chips 4.9/5 UNBELIEVABLE. Would struggle to find better chips than these in London. Overall a great experience and would travel out of my way to have again. G&J

My friend and I decided to come here for lunch on a Sunday after our weekly jog. We strolled along Kentish Town Road and chose this restaurant because it looked the most appealing from the outside. We both agreed that the food was delicious and a good value. We opted for a plate of meat that included chicken, lamb, and beef, wanting something relatively healthy. The portion was satisfying and just what we needed after our workout. However, I must mention the poor customer service we encountered. The staff at the counter while we were ordering our food seemed rude and uninterested. It felt like they didn't want to be there and that we were bothering them on their day off. Despite the restaurant being fairly empty at the time, there was no gratitude shown for our business. We never acted impolitely, yet we didn't even receive a smile when we paid for our meal. With many dining options available along Kentish Town Road and in Camden in general, I would now prefer to try other places over this one. The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired.

Bad mannered staff in London. Would not take my dog there to eat.. Do not go. Smell of dead rat in toilet.. Staff was very rude, like he hated his job and made us feel we was wasting his time..
