What Penfoxxx doesn't like about Ciao Bella:
Recently went with work colleagues for a late lunch. The staff were unhelpful and actually rude to one of my group when he asked if it was possible for a dish that was not on the menu. We spent a considerably amount of money but were brusquely asked to leave once we had finished. Very popular Italian restaurant, always overbooked it seems. I only was able to eat here because I made a reservation in advance; twice I was turned away when I stopped to inquire about dinner. The saltimboca alla Romana I ordered was delicious, accompanied by properly cooked vegetables and sliced potatoes. Then I indulged in superb panna cotta for dessert.
