For some reason I don't particularly understand they have deci... read more Been coming here for years and have always really enjoyed the menu, particularly the Detox salad. For some reason I don't particularly understand they have decided to change a winning formula and introduce a new menu, which frankly is a poor replacement. In particular, the new Detox bowl isn't a patch on the old Detox salad. I have asked management to keep the Detox salad, but it fell on deaf ears unfortunately. Suspect we won't be back as often going forward. Lots of other nice cafes on England's Lane to choose from though.

I ordered scrambled egg on toast with chives and an extra sausage. The food arrived and I could see no evidence of fresh or dried chives. The sausage was dry and had a hard casing as if it had been in the oven for 2-3 hours. It was throughly disappointing. My son has eaten here too and reported the same with a spag bol. The coffee was good and the cakes look as if they are made off site so probably a safer bet to stick with that if you plan to visit.
