The staff on our visit went above and beyond what is expected, my nephew was upset because the milkshake machine was broken but they went out to fetch a spare part to fix it. The food was lovely too. View all feedback.
What Graham Phillips doesn't like about Byron Central St Giles:
I am very disappointed by my latest visit. I was served by a very short tempered individual whon proceeded to to have a full blown argument with me for a very trivial cause. This type of behaviour reflects very badly on the rest of the...team who I am sure do their best to provide an excellent service to customers. This has never happened to me in a restaurant before and like I said reflects very poorly on the effort... View all feedback.
We had a very satisfying lunch at this restaurant. We ordered 3 big burgers with fries and sweet potatoes, along with 2 big Peroni beers. Our Romanian waitress Daniela provided helpful service throughout our meal.
We went to this restaurant before attending the theatre to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My wife is not a big meat eater, but she enjoys a well-cooked veggie burger. We ordered a cheeseburger for me and a simple burger with salad for my wife, who explained her cooking preferences to the server. However, when the meals arrived, they were mixed up – my wife received the cheeseburger on her plate and mine was undercooked. We asked for the burger to be sent back and cooked properly, but after waiting for fifteen minutes, it still hadn't been returned. I had to go to the kitchen area and retrieve it myself. We complained to the waitress, who eventually removed the cost of my wife's meal from the bill. Overall, the total cost of the meal, drinks, chips, and appetizers was still quite high, especially considering the mandatory 10% service fee added to the bill. The service was lacking, and the food was okay but nothing special. I wouldn't choose to dine here again.
We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with our group's food allergies. The food was delicious, particularly the chicken burger that I ordered. We are grateful to the team for making our dining experience so enjoyable, and we look forward to returning in the future!
These Byron-eters know how to flush out every penny. 1) the menu will be the most expensive substance at the top, cheap items at the bottom 2) her waiter will ask her whether they salat or fry with her. burger but want, neither are included in the price clever beak af formula 3) there is no water of conduct at the table 4) they add the service to her bill, and then the card reader will then ask if they want to leave again. double tips are interesting to know how they are distributed when the restaurant as mentioned above 5) why does an impossible burger £ 1.50 cost more than standard? these burgers are badly tasteless, the brot is stale and the salat gives them the same ick leftover lingering taste they get after mcdonalds and it is doused in insensitive vile acidic juice. the personal was a beautiful big lady. only really bad eating. I have no idea how they are still in business, they must have had some brilliant investment rounds or absolute loaded greener. avoid. also completely unnecessary paper under the burger and in the salat bowl. I can't bear that.
Came here for dinner and booked in advance which I would recommend doing if you are a size of 5 or more. We all ordered different burgers and all were good. I was disappointed that not one staff member seemed confident in their answers when...I asked if the burgers were brioche or not. I still don't even know if they are. The staff were quite friendly and attentive. I think it's shocking that they charge £1 for sriracha mayo on the side and for such a tiny portion when you can buy a bottle of the stuff for £3. Also, it was freezing in the restaurant- A/C not needed this time of year.
