Dunkin' - Camby
Dunkin'
Description
Navigating the Dunkin' drive-thru can be hit or miss. While customers rave about the delightful donuts, the coffee service often leaves much to be desired. Misorders plague the experience, with some staff displaying a lack of urgency or apology, detracting from customer satisfaction. Long waits, even with multiple employees present, can test patrons' patience. However, not all experiences are negative; loyal customers appreciate the friendly morning crew who strive to correct mistakes. Yet, recent changes to the rewards app have also drawn criticism. Ultimately, while Dunkin' offers tasty treats, its coffee service needs improvement.

The donuts here are fantastic, but the coffee leaves much to be desired. I ordered a coffee at the drive-thru, but when I received it, it wasn't the drink I had asked for. When I pointed this out, the staff member just replied, "Well, that’s what we charged you for." I ended up returning the coffee and choosing to go elsewhere. There was no apology or effort to fix the issue. Fortunately, Starbucks is nearby, and they served me a delicious coffee with a warm and friendly service!
I have been a dedicated Dunkin' customer for several years, always ordering the same iced coffee prepared in the same way for nearly two years—every single day, no matter where I am. Sometimes, I even drive 20 miles just to get to a Dunkin'. Since I arrived in Indianapolis about a month and a half ago, I've visited this Dunkin' every morning. The staff is consistently friendly, so even when the drive-thru line moves slowly, it's not too frustrating. Most of the time, I use the app to place my order and pay. Occasionally, my drink has been made incorrectly at this location, but they always fix it without any hassle. I haven't been there much in the afternoon, as I've only stopped by a couple of times, but the early morning crew is fantastic. However, I should mention that I'm not a fan of the recent update to the app. It used to take only 200 points to earn a free drink, but now it requires 500 points.
I ultimately chose not to place my order. They never seem to have the donuts I'm craving. As for the coffee, it's quite disappointing. I think I'll just stick to Dunkin' on the East Coast.
Stopped here for breakfast, and I hate to say it, but this was the most disappointing meal I've had in a long while. An order of hash browns consists of only 6 bite sized rounds, 3 of which were burnt. Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant....the croissant was dried out and the cheese wasn't even melted. The sourdough breakfast sandwich really stole the show, though. Cheese not melted, bread not toasted, and roughly half the sandwich was just bread. The eggs weren't seasoned at all.....no salt o
First of all, this was my first time ordering anything but donuts here. And they insured it would be my last. The very young window girl handed me a cup of extremely hot coffee with the lid half way off spilling it on my hand when I reached out to get it, got no apology and had to ask twice for napkins. Then she hands me a bag with 4 hash rounds in it. I politely ask her if that was how the order came, she said nothing to me and began speaking with the other “very young employees standing inside
