Dunkin' - Camby

Highly disappointed! My iced coffee- syrup wasn?t mixed in, they were out of Boston cream donuts then refused to add on to my order when I went to pay. I rarely leave a negative review as I?ve worked in the food industry know how difficult it can be.But, the staff acted put out over a simple request. Life long New England Dunkin Girl NEVER in my life have I ever been toldthat you couldn?t add onto your order if you forgot an item or simply wanted something else. It was a 5pc munchkin order, not asandwich or something that would held up the drive thru. Comon? Kentucky Ave Dunkin you can do better!

It's Saturday and I have been sitting online for about 20 minutes with little movement. Once your in line you can't get out. I understand being short staffed. But this is ridiculous. I have been going to Dunkin for years this was by far the worst experience. There were actually four people working there when I got to the window!

The coffee and food are great, but I ran into an issue when I ordered for walk-in pickup; the store was locked. I had to wait in a long drive-thru line just to collect my order. Fortunately, I had enough time to spare.

I have been a loyal Dunkin' customer for several years, consistently ordering the same iced coffee drink prepared the same way for nearly two years—every single day, no matter where I am. Sometimes, I even have to drive 20 miles one way to get to a Dunkin'. I've been in Indianapolis for about a month and a half, and I've visited this Dunkin' every morning since I arrived. The staff is always friendly, so even when the drive-thru line moves slowly, it's not too frustrating. Most of the time, I use the app to order and pay. At this location, my drink has been incorrect a few times, but they always correct it without any hassle. I haven't had much experience with the later shift, as I've only been there a couple of times in the afternoon. However, the early morning team is fantastic. I do have to mention that I'm not a fan of the latest update to the app. It used to take just 200 points to earn a free drink, but now it's 500 points.

I ultimately decided not to place my order. They never seem to have the donuts I want. As for the coffee, it’s really not good. I guess I’ll stick to Dunkin' on the East Coast.
