Our party was asked before we sit when someone had food allergies and then provided with a QR code to a menu that lists common allergies. There were several options for gluten-free. I had the chicken massaman curry that was excellent and the part had exactly right.
Great experience, with delicious food! I told them I was a celiac and got a QR code with access to an allergy menu where I could remove everything that contained gluten. To order, only the manager could take allergy orders, and when the dishes arrived, they had labeled all stickers as not gluten. Many choices in the menu.
