1). this saturation is not a PIZZA slot. flammekueche is a thin, crispy basic with cream cheese and toppings. also this place boil their gluten-free bases on a certain gluten-free tablet and asked me if I coeliac when I order. very impressed.
What jules67468 doesn't like about Amelie Restaurants:
This isn't really a pizza restaurant. The pizzas are quite small—about half the size with a thin crust, especially if you opt for the gluten-free option—making them pricey for what you get. View all feedback.

This is not really a pizza place, the pizzas are very small (like half size and thin basic if gf) so expensive for what they are.
1. THIS PLACE IS NOT A PIZZERIA. Flammekueche features a thin, crispy base topped with cream cheese and various ingredients. It's absolutely delicious. I'm particularly impressed that they prepare their gluten-free bases on a dedicated gluten-free tray and even inquired if I had celiac disease when I placed my order.

Amelie specializes in German flammkuchen, a type of thinly rolled bread dough traditionally topped with a creamy cheese sauce or crème fraîche, along with finely sliced onions and lardons. They also offer a variety of Italian-style pizza toppings. The flammkuchen is made and baked separately in special trays, even though there's only one oven available. After chatting with the staff, I was reassured by their kitchen procedures. I've dined here three times now without encountering any problems. The restaurant is located in the Grafton Centre Mall, which isn't the most atmospheric setting, but it's a convenient spot for a quick meal or a bite to eat before heading to the cinema.
