What User doesn't like about Silver China Restaurant & Tavern:
Thought we would try as we hadn't ordered from here in awhile and our favourite place was closed today. Greasy, re-cooked over and over again food! Chicken balls were tough and just looked like a sloppy mess thrown in the containers. We did try a bit but threw a lot of it out! Hopefully won't pay for it later!! Do not go here, do not know how they are still in business!!!! View all feedback. What User likes about Silver China Restaurant & Tavern:
I was just passing by cambridge and my friend recommended me this place for lunch. I was dining in, the decoration is not as fancy but the food tastes great. I had some wonton soups, some special fried rice and some general tao's chicken. It was pretty good. I recommend dining in for this place seems good. View all feedback.

read moreDespite some positive reviews, Silver China in Cambridge seems to have fallen from grace. Customers report receiving leftovers that were barely edible, with cold rice and hard egg rolls among the disappointments. With previous fans warning against ordering from this establishment, it seems that the once-favorite Chinese restaurant has taken a turn for the worse. On the bright side, diners have found solace in other local spots like Shanghai, George's, and China House, where fresh, delicious food is guaranteed. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out better options for satisfying your Chinese food cravings in the Cambridge area.
