Subway - Cambridge

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I've been here probably 20 times and I'm done. They overcharge me on a regular and you can't call to talk to the manager because they never an answer the phone, and evidently the manager is never in location when I ask while I'm there.I only like the plain Italian bread and I swear they have been out of it every other time I go in. Really? Out of the most basic bread ALL THE TIME?They're rude and unconcerned but like I said, you'll never talk to the manager about it unless you camp on the front door.

Very cold in restaurant! server with pink hair not tied back and over food tipping! not to mention the dirty box fan sitting on the front workers blow dirt hanging before the fan and blow the server pink haare over their head and probably in the food! disgusting!

The experience is the employees. They just care. I know my food is good. There are 5 other subways around me and I only eat at this one.

The new monster subsection ordered. was less in the sub than a regular steak and cheese, if I wanted to taste a bread, I would just have eaten a bread. never fills the bottoms with toppings.

This review is for the Subway located on Clark St in Cambridge. The guys working the evening shift are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They also prepare the best salads out of all four Subway locations in town. I wouldn't suggest visiting during the day, as the female staff are not very welcoming and appear uninterested in assisting customers. However, after 4 PM, the experience is fantastic!
