Two out of the three sir... read more I recently had a disappointing experience at Ruby's. Both of the full racks of ribs I ordered had very little meat on them, mostly fat. Two out of the three sirloin steaks were overcooked to well done when they were supposed to be cooked medium. This was a stark contrast to the good food we had received in the past. The ribs at Ruby's are usually fantastic, but this time they were lacking meat. The sirloin steaks are hit or miss depending on the cook, and unfortunately this time they were extremely overcooked and dry. Out of the five meals we ordered, four were almost inedible due to the poor quality of the meat. I feel the need to share this feedback in hopes that the cooks will improve their preparation of the food. Despite this experience, we still love Ruby's and will continue to order from them in the future.
