I visited the Pokéworks restaurant at the Harvard location for lunch and as soon as I entered, I was hit by a wave of heat. The inside of the store was extremely hot and the workers appeared exhausted and worn out. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working and the heat made it impossible to even sit down.
