La Fabrica Central - Cambridge

When the music is playing, it's hard to have a conversation, but aside from that, it's fairly quiet. The food is authentic and generous. Overall, it was a delightful evening.

We are always impressed when we visit La Fabrica Central. The food, service, drinks, and atmosphere consistently exceed our expectations! We keep returning and enjoy introducing new friends and neighbors to this wonderful place.

On the bright side, our dinner waitress was absolutely wonderful! She was a lovely girl with reddish hair and glasses, though I didn't catch her name. She was not only friendly but also very professional. She even managed to get us a few complimentary entrance tickets to the back room to compensate for our long wait, which we truly appreciated. Once we were seated, the night improved significantly, except for one issue with the bartending service. With a group of eight and various cocktail orders, it proved to be a bit challenging. Unfortunately, one of the bartenders was not very patient with us, which led to some frustration. This was reflected in the drinks, as they were mainly filled with juice and contained very little alcohol. Despite these hiccups, I still have many fond memories of my time at La Fabrica. I would definitely recommend it!

The food was authentic latin food. I felt like grandma was cooking. The seasoning of the mofongo of carne vieja was delicious. The passion fruit mojito with the lemon popsicle was refreshing. Service was outstanding. I didn’t feel rush to finish my food. The ambience was happy and the salsa orchestra with latin dancing was so much fun. The owner brought a chair for my mon so she could enjoy the music at the front of the venue. Thank you for the fabulous night! Ruth Torres
