I recently went to this restaurant to get some coffee, and when I left, I realized that two of the black iced coffees I had ordered were actually black hot coffees. When I asked a staff member if I could exchange them for the iced coffees I had ordered, he refused and started yelling at me, claiming that it was my mistake and that I was confused. This was my worst Dunkin' experience. My coffee was prepared incorrectly.
The coffee was excellent and the service was top-notch. My only wish is that there were some vegan or vegetarian options on the menu.
I ordered 1 coffee through the restaurant's app and it took 25 minutes to arrive on a Sunday afternoon.
