What Grover Chen doesn't like about Darwin's Mass Ave:
half an hour waiting in the queue, when it’s your turn to order, you’re told that the wait time for your order is another half an hour. I understand the short staffing situation, but if you can’t run an establishment with a reasonable wait, at least inform people upfront of the cost of an hour wait just for some mediocre food. Great breakfast choices and espresso drinks. Good spot for interviews and business meetings if my survey of the clientele over several days is any indication.
The atmosphere is nice enough (hence the second star) but the espresso was cold and very acidic, and the barista extremely rude. Not recommended.
Love this coffee shop, wonderful ambiance, good vibes, great coffee, great snacks! 10/10 across the board. Next time I’m in Cambridge, definitely visiting again
The coffee was tasty, really good selection of sandwiches and pricing was fair.
Best breakfast joint in Cambridge finally…. Lots of Sandwich choices made fresh…Vegetarians options too and the must try Spicy Chai Latte (perfect tea matching my Indian taste)… My favourite place
