Good little place for some quick Indian food. While visiting Cambridge, I have eaten here 10 times in a month. The Paneer tikka masala is really good. Ask for butter/ghee on the Naan and Paratha. Overall, good food. Wished they would add Malai Kofta to the menu. View all feedback.
What Jake Drutchas doesn't like about Cafe Kiraz:
The food is tasty, but if you are ordering to go be ready for painfully small portions for the price. $17 for chicken tika and you get a not full small container… makes it difficult to want to go back View all feedback.
We tried the steamed chicken momo and chicken chowmein, and both dishes were fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant!
This is a great spot for a quick Indian meal. During my visit to Cambridge, I've dined here ten times in just one month. The Paneer Tikka Masala is excellent. Be sure to ask for butter or ghee on the Naan and Paratha. Overall, the food is great, but I do wish they would add Malai Kofta to the menu.
Delicious and flavorful food! Tried the vegetable pakoras and tandoori momos, both excellent choices! The chicken tandoori momos burst with flavor and were the perfect warm snack for a rainy day. Also everything on the menu is halal, definitely come check it out!
Loved the chili momos with chicken. The thukpa was nice and comforting.
I absolutely love Kantipur! I used to live just across the street and often got takeout from there. Today was my first time dining in, and I was thrilled with the food—it’s even better when enjoyed in the restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise. The dishes are delicious and fairly priced, offering a straightforward dining experience that I really appreciated. Service was quick, too! I highly recommend the veggie pakora, mulligatawny soup, and Kantipur wings.
