Boston Buddhist Tea House - Cambridge

Some prices are a bit high, but I enjoyed all the teas and other drinks I tried here. You have a large selection, and the staff was always very helpful.

After the north-south flavor of Chinatown was closed, my husband didn't have a canteen, and then he knew that the north-south flavor here was a sister shop, so he came here. The taste is still the same. The taste hasn't changed at all! My husband said it felt like coming back! Delicious. We'll come when we have time. Dear baby, you can taste this cold noodle. It's really delicious! It's delicious anyway.

We came here on the Memorial Day weekend for late lunch(2PM) to try their famous soup dumplings. Street parking is available but tough to find. We were seated promptly, however this place is generally busy and seating is first come first serve basis( no advance reservations). Service staff was friendly, food came in fast and portions are large. Overall a good experience.

They serve Disanxian 地三鲜 , one of my favorite northern Chinese dishes and one that isn't as common in American Chinese restaurants. The soup dumplings were excellent as well. Service was quick and polite.

Best place to start trying new things I've realized that this place is good in multiple different things than just one. They have one of the best Pork Wontons in appetizers A MUST TRY. Apart from that, they strive to make everything quite perfect. I love the drink options too. A long term suggestion would be to make table for two folks a little bigger. I still highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic meal in Cambridge.
