It's difficult to resist ordering everything on the menu, but the meal I had left me feeling very satisfied and full. The vegan options are fantastic, though I wish they would use a different font besides Comic Sans throughout the restaurant. Overall, that's my only critique. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Petra:
The restaurant does not distinguish between vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. While some dishes are vegan, such as the lentil soup, others like the baba ganuj are not. View all feedback.
Little petra makes delicious fresh Jordanian foods like falafel, hummus, fatoush and baba ghanoush. the portions are absolutely huge (think catering size, so it is a great place to eat with friends and family. all vegan foods are clearly marked. the brot is incredible!
This is a small restaurant that serves Jordanian dishes. The owner is very friendly. The vegetarian and vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. I found the food absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. I spent £20 for a takeaway for two people and had plenty leftover. The stuffed vine leaves in particular were some of the best I've had in a while. I had the takeaway on a very hot day, and the food (especially the stuffed vine leaves and the tabouleh) was perfect and refreshing. My only criticism is that the packaging for my takeaway used a lot of single-use plastic (reusable containers plastic-free containers would have been preferable).
Friendly, tasty, good value for money. Authentic Middle Eastern food. Advisable to call in advance.
