Shanghai Family - Cambridge

This is the best Chinese restaurant in the city! The food is always fresh, the level of spiciness is just right, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My favorite dish is the spicy chicken, but I’ve never had a dish here that I didn’t enjoy.

We ordered eight assorted small dishes and it was a delightful experience. The food was beautifully prepared, with bold flavors that were both light and delicate. The restaurant was clean, but it could benefit from a more welcoming atmosphere to create a cozier feel. I'm sure it would significantly enhance the dining experience. Our favorites were the salted duck and the steamed chicken.

I visited this restaurant because I’ve been craving Shanghai cuisine. I didn't have high expectations, as many places name themselves after a type of cuisine but don’t always deliver. However, I ordered a few Shanghai dishes and was pleasantly surprised—they didn’t let me down. I plan to try more items from the menu and will update this review after my next visit.

The crosses and I ate our first night in cambridge. it was very clean and eating came hot, fresh and tasty. I had the suppenknödel and he got the sweet and acidic huh. we loved everything! the staff was very friendly and quite funny.

Soup dumplings were great. Place is cozy and staffs were very nice.
