Coffee is fab but vegan options something is missing. avocado toast expensive for what they get, and porridge missing taste for the beautiful presentation updated by the previous review on 2020-01-30
The coffee is always so good of hot numbers, although there is a bit on the expensive side! have vegan options, including cake. also have GF options, but not both VE/GF, which is a scandal. you want to see that they will add a little more in the future.
I'm not sure if they still do it, but the vegan sausage breakfast bagel was great. all the sausages that are so tiled when you eat it, but that's what you expect with a bagel. it's hard to find places that sell bagels in cambridge (except the food stores) so I was quite satisfied. the coffee and the atmosphere here are also good. in any case a visit in the city.
The food quality is very nice, the portion sizes are good, and there are 3 out of 4 vegan options available. However, there was a major mistake: the toast labeled as vegan came with milk butter, and they charged extra for the milk.
This café is always bustling with customers. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their brunch menu offers a variety of options, from coconut porridge (suitable for vegans) to smashed avocado with feta, mint, and tomatoes on sourdough. They also have chocolate and pumpkin spice muffins available (suitable for vegans). Salad and soup choices are also on the menu. We visited three times and two of those times the salad was labeled as vegan, even though it contained dairy. Despite this oversight, the atmosphere is pleasant. The café mentions a love for jazz and John Coltrane, but the music is just a soft background noise. Although not a major issue, the music is fantastic and should be enjoyed more loudly!
