Espresso Library - Cambridge

Came for the breakfast on a weekday and some hours to do with a friend. As soon as we took out our laptops, the waiter came by and told us that we can not stay more than an hour and a half (the place was almost empty at that time). I asked him if we could stay if I bought something else at the same time and he said: "yes, okay. as long as they keep buying, they can stay". look, I get it, the owners need to earn money, and I am a customer, so it must be made by me, but it seems that they try to do it at any price, even so that their customers feel reduced to a machine in the capitalist. I really don't have the way and wise how it was, so personally I won't be back. the food is in order, but the prices are exorbitant for what they get, unstoppable. updated by previous review on 2022-02-20

Eat what is on the menu, but the vegan replacement. it is not only fruit and salad, it is imaginative and delicious vegan food.

Very friendly and efficient staff. a few PB options avo on toast with extras was delicious.

We visited just after the reopening for table service in free. the employees are friendly and enthusiastic about what they do. the menu is clear and has a lot of choice for vegan and vegetarian.

Lovely cafe, staff are really friendly and vegan options are all clearly labelled on menu. coffee is excellent and they have a decent selection of plant-based milks. the pancakes in particular are the best vegan pancakes I've found in Cambridge so far!!
