Was with family and one persons breakfast arrived so late the rest of the party had finished their meal it was then provided and was incorrect so my family member had to wait for the order to be rectified. I then raised this with staff at front desk when going to pay the bill and they said it was due to staff. No apology or anything and no deduction from our bill. Poor poor service and customer care!
