I have accounts with several British banks, including some based overseas. I recently encountered an issue that was challenging to resolve online and through standard customer service channels. Ryan Molloy, the manager of the NatWest Bank on Petty Cury in Cambridge, was instrumental in addressing my concern. He took personal responsibility to thoroughly understand the problem and quickly resolved it. His exceptional dedication and attention to customer service are qualities that are hard to find in most banks or bank managers. Thank you!
