Redwood Cafe - Feedback

What MissP Mae doesn't like about Redwood Cafe:
I really should have paid attention to the reviews! My overhard eggs were far from overhard. The country potatoes were hard and lacked any flavor. I had to send my bacon back because it wasn’t crispy enough, and when it returned, it was still floppy but chewy. I’m tempted to say they microwaved it. My hubby is a biscuits and gravy snob and he said these are the best he’s ever had in his life! Sammy, Suhe and Yolanda welcomed us with excellent service. They had a clean water bowl waiting for my Coco. I don’t know if people with bad reviews were having a bad day, but we loved everything. This is our 2nd time here when we visit San Simeon.
