The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent (fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs with bacon made to order, superb bread and pastries, etc. with a lovely view of the garden. The food was very good and the staff were all plea... read more I stayed for 3 nights with friends on a WW1 tour. This is an excellent family run hotel in nice surroundings. The food was very good and the staff were all pleasant and willing to help, particularly the Governor Philipe. A return visit next year is highly likely.
