I expected a bistro. a very beautiful interior frame on 3 levels. on the ground floor a very classy room and in the beautiful season a terrace feet on the garonne. at the upper levels, we find the rustic of the hostel with a beautiful basket and a view of the river. side reception and service, politeness, smile and care were at the rendezvous: nothing to say. As for the plates, a pure delight. fresh, quality products, refined cuisine and a pleasure for taste buds!

The menu outside looked quite expensive but I was past caring by that stage and we just went in. Luckily they had...a table on the terrace overlooking the river, which sadly looked very brown and uninteresting but very pleasant to be outside in the breeze on such a hot day. The service was efficient rather than effusive, I don 't mind that. It turned out they have a daily menu of 17.95 for three courses, some price supplements and also a board with lots of other interesting choices. I 've got to say it was the best meal I have eaten at any price for a long time, I include some at three times as much, so if you get the chance give it a try, I 'm only sorry I won 't be here long enough to revisit.
