What Francisco Romero doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Order my food with mobile ordering and got there a few minutes prior to 10pm. The doors were locked closed. No one there to just give me my order that was sitting on the counter. Supervisor, Stephanie Stated that they closed early due to under Staffing. My food was cold upon receiving it on drive thru window #2. My chicken nuggets were also undercooked. Over 30 minutes for some pie's...... The bathroom always looks like a bomb went off...... nasty place
We’ve gone to this McDonald’s a few times in the last couple of months because I like To take my daughters out for a treat. Not too long ago, there was a gentleman with a cool mustache that used to work there and he was so friendly. Unfortunately, he has been replaced by a rude no personality guy who doesn’t even greet you and doesn’t even say thank you or anything. Today I ordered an ice cream sundae For my younger daughter and a shamrock McFlurry for my older one. The shamrock McFlurry was so watery that it was more like a soda and the sundae was just plain ice cream (which isn’t even a Sundae), and it had a lid that was so flimsy that within two seconds, ice cream was all over my kid. This is the third time that we’ve had such a horrible experience at this McDonald’s that we will never come here again. People that were friendly are now replaced by no personality, rude, entitled teenagers …do not go to this McDonald’s!
This place is always clean The staff is very friendly it's always a pleasant to stop by here and eat at this McDonald's
Fast and efficient. Has 2 drive thru lanes to speed up the lines as well.
The girl behind the counter went to grab a large drinking cup for a customer and accidentally grabbed two. The second cup fell on the floor. Instead of throwing that cup in the garbage, the gal put it right back on the stack of clean cups. Pretty gross.
