Description
Despite recent renovations promising a modern vibe and improvements in food quality, patrons are divided in their experiences. Some diners rave about efficient service, affordable $5 fill-ups, and fresh meals, particularly praising the chicken pot pie. However, others report frustrating visits, facing closed dining rooms, missing utensils, and inadequate portions. Complaints about inconsistent service and food preparation suggest lingering training issues. While new management works towards elevating the dining experience, it remains clear that achieving consistency and customer satisfaction continues to be a challenge at this evolving establishment.

The service here is truly outstanding. I've never had any issues with my orders; they're always accurate. When I use the drive-thru, I only experience a wait about 90% of the time because of the customer in front of me deciding what to get. I'm really impressed with the $5 fill-ups; the food is excellent in quality, freshness, and quantity. For just $5, you receive three chicken tenders, mashed potatoes with gravy, a delicious biscuit, a cookie, and a soda! Another favorite of mine is the chicken pot pie—it's fantastic, even better than Marie Callender's!
RECENTLY RENOVATED. Both the interior and exterior have been given a modern facelift. It appears that the kitchen has also seen improvements; my meal was served piping hot and fresh, which was a welcome change from my previous experiences. The new management seems to have everything well-organized now.
The sign on the door states that the dining room is open until 8 PM, but when I arrived at 5 PM to eat in, I was informed that dining in was not an option. I opted to take my meal to go, only to discover that there were no utensils, butter, honey, or napkins included. To top it off, the portion size was quite small—I could easily fit an entire thigh in my mouth at once. Perhaps they should consider renaming it "Kentucky Fried Pigeons."
I often face problems during my visits to this restaurant. It seems like every time I go, there's either a trainee or a new employee on duty. About one in five times, the food is just inedible, as if it has been sitting out for more than three hours.
