The service here is quite commendable. I've never encountered an issue with my orders; they're always spot on. About 90% of the time when I use the drive-thru, the only wait I experience is due to the other customer deciding what to order. I'm really impressed with the $5 fill-ups; the quality, freshness, and quantity of food are excellent. For just $5, you get three chicken tenders, mashed potatoes with gravy, a tas... What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The sign on the door indicates that the dining room is open until 8 o'clock. I arrived for dinner at 5 PM, but I was told I couldn't eat in the dining room. I ended up having to eat outside, and to make matters worse, there were no forks, butter, honey, or napkins available. The portion I received was so small that I could fit an entire chicken thigh in my mouth at once! Perhaps they should consider renaming it "Kent... View all feedback.
All employees should improve their customer service skills. They also need to take their time when preparing orders. My order was so incomplete that I had to go back to get the rest of it.
The staff could benefit from hearing devices and some training on how to serve food properly. It often seems like they’re not motivated to work hard for their pay. I noticed there was no line at the drive-thru and hardly any customers inside, yet the service was still slow. It would be great to see them take more pride in their work and make an effort to earn their wages.
I frequently encounter issues during my visits. It feels like every time I go, there's either a trainee or a newcomer working. About one out of five times, the food is simply inedible, as if it's been left sitting for over three hours.
The staff could benefit from improving their customer service skills. Additionally, they should take more time to prepare orders thoroughly. My order was so incomplete that I had to return to get the missing items.
The sign on the door indicates that the dining room is open until 8 PM, but when I arrived at 5 PM to get my food, I was told I couldn't eat in the dining room. So, I took my meal to go, but was disappointed to find that there were no utensils, butter, honey, or napkins included. The portion was so small that I could easily fit a whole thigh in my mouth at once. Maybe they should consider calling it "Kentucky Fried Pigeons."
