We pull up to the drive-through, and as our car reaches the speaker, the employee says, "I'm sorry, we just served our last customer of the night." Thumbs down. 7 PM? Seriously? There were still four cars ahead of us waiting for their food.

I op... read more The sign on the door states that the dining room is open until 8 PM, but when I arrived at 5 PM to eat in, I was informed that dining in was not an option. I opted to take my meal to go, only to discover that there were no utensils, butter, honey, or napkins included. To top it off, the portion size was quite small—I could easily fit an entire thigh in my mouth at once. Perhaps they should consider renaming it "Kentucky Fried Pigeons."
