Freda's Pizza - Camarillo

Nick , who waited on us was awesome. He made suggestions. He had a smile on his face the whole time and he was just a lovely person. The New York style pizza is to die for the homemade potato chips are amazing and the size they give you well worth the price.

It's SO NICE that the salads on the menu are *interesting* and not merely a selection of pizza toppings repurposed as salad ingredients. You can actually get something and tasty and healthy to accompany your (probably) decadent pizza. We got the beet salad, cheese pizza, and spinaci pizza. Yum!

Food was fresh and really good. Ordered a mushroom pizza and Caprese salad that was prepared quickly.Don't like how they open at noon on the weekends. Too late, so my weekend lunch choices won't be Fredas. The young lady who took my order wasn't rude, but not friendly. No greeting, or thank you and felt like I inconvenienced her; hence no tip.Atmosphere was clean but the ghetto rap music is not fitting with the establishment or clientele. So if I return, I will get it to go. At the end of the day, the food is good which if that's what your after, I do recommend it.

Tried to go here once around 2pm and get a pizza but they said the cook never showed up for his shift so I left empty

Terrible service. I have never left a bad review anywhere before. We come here because my family loves the food but we have continuously been let down by the slow service, issues with the order, and unprofessional service at the counter.
