What Four Hearts doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
They literally gave me food that had meat in it when it was specified that I was vegetarian ! You people need to do a better job ! I don't know if you are aware but there are laws against doing such things . View all feedback.
Yes I may have order through food delivery but no need for my food to be as cold as bricks no steam nada and I order from here frequently
Ordered using the drive thru and didn’t check when I received it so that’s on me. Wasn’t till I got home to notice my order was incorrect. Went back to the store being that I was charged for something I didn’t want to order and the manager was extremely helpful. She apologized profusely for the mistake and refunded my money while comp’ing a couple drinks. Small error but was very helpful in correcting and making it right. Thanks for the excellent service and I will continue to come here.

I only got 1 mashed potatoes when I was to get 2 and got 1
Service was a little slow and they forgot to leave the corn off of my salad.
