The pizza was excellent, as usual, but the service wasn't as good this time. I understand it was a bit chaotic when I picked up my order, so I grabbed it and left in a hurry only to realize when I got home that some items were missing. View all feedback.
What carl aspuria doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I placed an online order and received a call 20 minutes later informing me that my order would be delayed by an hour and a half to two hours. They prioritized a 40-pizza order that they claimed came in before mine, but if that were the case, why didn’t they notify me earlier? I had to cancel my order, which completely messed up my lunch plans with my family. View all feedback.
This place deserves minus stars. Never leave bad reviews. Everybody has a bad day. The driver was the best part of the pizza. The pizza was cold no sauce very little cheese and flat like paper. Called to tell Supervisor. She was rude totallyunprofessional and needs a lot of help. Told me to drive and bring the pizza to her. Also said that a lot of people try and ripthem off. She sure had a lot of excuses on why it was so bad. But not one solution!!! Had a whole house full of people. Everyoneshocked and disgusted. She would not give me her name. Dominos is over for everyone whom was here. Nasty Nasty Nasty person whomlost Dominis a lot of business!!
I encountered a rude girl at the front who told me that takeout closed half an hour earlier than it actually does and refused to serve me. I ended up going to Little Caesars and found that the quality and service there were much better.
It appears to be getting worse. The delivery is often late, and when you call, no one answers the phone. The online tracker is unreliable, and the driver that arrives doesn't match what the tracker indicates. I'm still waiting for an order I placed over an hour ago, and it's completely ruined my lunch. I would recommend choosing Toppers instead.
